FPMA MEMBERSHIP TYPES

Active and Active Branch - Associate - Allied and Allied Branch - Affiliate

ACTIVE MEMBER: A pest control company actively engaged in the pest control industry in Florida (licensed by appropriate State Agency under Chapter 482, Florida Statutes) is eligible to be an Active Member and is entitled to one voting representative for each registered office or branch. ACTIVE BRANCH OFFICE(S): An Active Member firm may register additional branches or separate offices for mailing and voting privileges at no additional charge. View Active Member Benefits. Active Branch application.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER: A certified operator who is duly licensed under Chapter 482 F.S. Associate Members have no voting privileges nor may they hold office. An Associate Member may serve on groups or committees and has the right to attend meetings, conventions, conferences or any social or educational event which may be sponsored by the Florida Pest Management Association. Licensed companies are not eligible for Associate Membership; they must join as Active members. Associate Member application.

ALLIED MEMBER: A supplier of goods and/or services to the pest control industry may become an Allied Member. Allied members may serve on committees; attend Association meetings, conventions, conferences, educational and social events, but may not vote or hold office. Allied Member application.

ALLIED BRANCH OFFICE(S): In addition to the base fee, a firm may at its option register additional branches or separate offices for mailing privileges at a reduced rate. Allied Branch application.

AFFILIATE MEMBER: An individual or firm doing business outside the State of Florida, associations, groups or individuals who wish to affiliate for the purpose of exchanging information or coordinating action. Affiliate Members have no voting privileges nor may they hold office. An Affiliate Member has the right to attend meetings, conventions, conferences, or any social or educational event sponsored by the Florida Pest Management Association.
